The Produce Hall

A lively food and social space hosting live music, markets and creative pop-ups in Stockport Old Town.

The Produce Hall has quickly become one of the social and cultural anchors of Stockport Old Town. Once part of the town’s historic market complex, the hall has been transformed into a bustling food and drink destination where local traders, musicians and artists all share the same roof.

The space is alive with energy, communal tables, open kitchens, fairy lights and live acoustic sets echoing from the corner stage. Regular events include local maker markets, queer-friendly open-mic nights, vinyl fairs and collaborations with community groups celebrating Stockport’s creative spirit.

The food line-up is always changing, think loaded fries, handmade pizza, tacos, vegan curries and craft beer from local brewers. There’s a warmth and welcome that makes everyone feel at home, whether you’re there for lunch, a gig or just to soak up the atmosphere.

It’s also a hub for independent art and design, murals by local artists, pop-up photography exhibitions, and Pride-inspired decor during summer. The Produce Hall captures what modern Stockport does best, mixing heritage with diversity, and doing it all with a grin.
